Trend Three: Join The Conversation And Build Customer Loyalty
Social media keeps us in touch with our most loyal customers, those who have sought us out and added us to their feeds. Our posts appear amongst the photos from a friend’s wedding or a family member’s comments on a holiday. In respect to this special place we have,
“the smartest brands will understand where they fit into customers’ lives on social media. And they’ll find creative ways of fitting into the conversation instead of trying to lead it, creating content that breaks through the wall of indifference.”
Hupspot explains. We don’t want to sound like another advert, or insensitive to where they are in life, so curating a message which feels like it belongs amongst the others they are reading helps to make them feel connected to the brand and decreases the chances they will unfollow us.
